Before Thoughtly, Alex was Co-Founder and CTO at nudgem, an AI-powered no-code platform that allows retailers and brands to launch new storefronts optimized for mobile shopping in just hours instead of months. Our storefronts increased conversions rates by 2x and AOV by 34%.
Prior to nudgem, Alex was an Engineering Manager at Bluecore, a series-E startup that uses AI to power omni-channel marketing orchestration and automation. Over 800 retailers including Nike, Sephora, and NoBull used Bluecore's campaign management tools to send billions of emails and SMS messages.
Prior to Bluecore, Alex was a Tech Lead at IBM Watson, and owned products built for large healthcare payers, providers, insurance companies, clearing houses, banks, and government agencies including the FDA and the CDC.
Alex holds multiple publications and patents in the areas of blockchain, data sharing, and agentic AI.
